(More customer reviews)I have this for tendonitis in my elbow. It is ok, but not very comfortable. The material is pinchy and scratchy. It is ok for a quick fix, but not for long term issues. If you have chronic pain and need to ice your elbow for weeks or months - keep looking for something more comfortable.
