I put it on my knees or elbows or legs depending were I have soreness after working out, lifting weights or playing tennis. I can sleep through the night and wake up with no pain or discomfort. It's almost a miracle! I couldn't live without it! The best is the spray bottle because you don't need to rub it in or doesn't get all over the place. You just spray it on, it takes about 30 seconds to dry and you are good to go! Must try!!

(More customer reviews)This stuff is amazing and if you have stubborn patches of psoriasis that won't go away with other products, I would give this one a try. I saw small improvements after just two-three applications and significant improvements after just a few days. Helps reduce the itching, redness, and continued application will heal the spots quickly. The packaging says that you can apply it up to four times a day. I would suggest doing this for the quickest results. Also do not let up when you start to see improvements, keep applying frequently. I love this stuff and saw results from using this even when my prescription medicine my dermatologist gave me didn't! I've already gotten my roommate to go out and buy some and will continue to sing this product's praises. I've never felt the need to review a product in my life but this did it, I had to let people know so it can help them too!

(More customer reviews)I figured purchasing this online would mean that it would be somewhat cheaper than what could be purchased at the local stores. Because it was a Kirkland brand I thought that they were exclusive to Costco's line of product. This product is far cheaper when you purchase at Costco (significantly cheaper). As far as the taste the kids hate it but they will have to get use to it....They have only been taking this for a couple of weeks but my youngest still has a runny nose. I can't see how this wouldn't work as a generic seeing that it's the same ingredients as the more recognized brand. More displeased at the fact that I did not check first at my local chain for a lower price.
