(More customer reviews)Our daughter has to take 4 meds a day or risks seizures. She also has a very strong gag reflex and an aversion to the taste of her meds. We've tried putting them in honey or sugar. We've tried the liquid and chewable forms of the meds. Nothing really worked and she would end up vomiting 3 days out of 5. Not a good scene.
She and her brother used to get liquid squirt candy as a reward. They disappeared from the stores several years ago, so when her brother spotted the strawberry flavor of the pill glide at a local store, he raced over to show me what he'd found.
It's no less than a miracle. My daughter says the flavor is delicious. She takes her meds without the historic 15 minutes of fretting. We've only had a couple of queasy mornings in the 8 weeks we've been using the spray instead of completely losing her meds every other day.
I'm sure the price is inflated for what is actually in the bottle (see: candy story above -- same bottle, about 1/4 the price) but I honestly don't care. I may sound like a testimonial on an infomercial, but this product has saved my sanity.
