(More customer reviews)We live in Germany and have been using Tannenblut for many years. It's made with an Herb combination from the Black Forest region, is all Natural, and has 0% Alcohol! It can be given to small children, has a good taste and it really helps clear up Chest Congestion!. It's not exactly cheap in the U.S., but if you're like me and don't want to give your children something artificial everytime they cough, this is great. Highly Recommended!
