(More customer reviews)I've done 2 Ironman Triathlons and scores of sprints and 70.3's. This is the best book I have read about how to get started and keep going. It's easy to understand, and most important, correct. Everyone considering doing a triathlon, and people who are in it to stay should make this a must read.
