(More customer reviews)Ok folks, I know it's antisocial but I never write these things, I mean never. But this product is almost unbelievable in its efficacy. I take vitamins, but that is about the extent of my confidence in holistic health remedies; this product however is something else. I have been using it on and off for about 2 years and I would say, on average, it cuts the length and severity of my cold symptoms in half. Many is the time that it has nipped an incipient cold in the bud so there were no symptoms to measure. You have to take it early and often. Also, it tastes absolutely disgusting - there's just no beating around the bush on that. I highly recommend it.
