(More customer reviews)OK - I'm really sick right now - but - for 3.5 hours out of every 4 I hardly notice it because of this fluid.
The only downside I have is that it wears off after 3.5 hours and I wait until the 4 hours to take more so I don't overdose. I do not want to run out - ever. I will keep a bottle on hand - just in case. Do read the cautions, though. It's important not to take too much tylenol.
