(More customer reviews)I carry a large size pill container as a key-chain that I purchased at my local drugstore for the price of all of these (yes, quite expensive). I bought these because the measurements seemed to be about the same size as the one I currently own. I figured I should have a replacement in case something happens to the one I currently use because the store doesn't carry them anymore. These were somewhat of a disappointment because I needed them to carry a few larger sized pills. If you are seeking to carry several doses in smaller size pills, then this will be the perfect size for you.
Cons:
1. These are not as roomy inside as they look on the outside. They come with an inner translucent plastic case-liner, and if you remove it to try to make more room, the inside doesn't look like a surface you want your pills to be rubbing against (poor quality paint, and some factory stains that won't come off).
2. You will receive an assortment of colors that you might not like. Even though I expected this from the description, I still think it is a problem, especially when you consider that the paint job is not very good. Every color with the exception of the natural silver/aluminum scratches easily exposing the case's natural color (not that great if you carry your keys in your pocket as the keys will rub against the case).
3. I received one of my cases with a scratch already on it. I did not return it because it is a color that I wouldn't want to use as a key-chain.
Pros:
1. Large pill cases that double as key-chains are hard to find and these do the job depending on your particular needs.
2. Good value. 4 cases for $6.95 and free prime shipping through Amazon.com fulfillment from Micro-Tools is not a bad deal at all.
In conclusion, I just wish they were of a slightly better quality/build, I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a better quality product.

(More customer reviews)These are the perfect size for five (5) low dose aspirin (81 mg), anything larger and they will not fit. There is an inner plastic container with a cap that fits in the aluminum casing. You can fit a larger size tables if you remove the inner container as long as it is close to the inner diameter of the aluminum casing. The inner container keeps the smaller tablets from rattling around and breaking themselves apart against the aluminum. The container has a rubber O ring sealing the top to the bottom, so it is waterproof, and the key chain ring on the top is perfect to attach top your key ring. I gave them as gifts and everyone thought it was a great idea.

(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for several months now, and I don't know how I managed w/o it. It great when you need to take medication before meals (at resturants or friends homes), or inconvenient hours of the day/night. You don't need to worry about bringing your prescription bottle. It's also pretty tiny and inconspicuous. A word to the wise, I would not recommend putting your pill in the case w/o using the plastic insert. Some pills had rubbed off a gray substance from the metal. Since these are made in China, who knows what they might have been (primer, paint, metal dust, lead contaminates, etc). Overall, very useful.

Waterproof Airtight Pill Fob Holder Med Rx Box Keychain Review

(More customer reviews)This little pill fob is heavy duty. My husband lost the one I got him years ago and after many trials and errors I finally found this one. He likes the weight and the size. It is perfect for carrying a couple of doses (he takes several medications) in his pocket and it is waterproof. I know it is waterproof for sure because he left it in his pocket and I washed the jeans it was in. I found it while unloading the wash and the pills were nice and dry and as an added bonus there was no damage to the pill fob. There are cheaper models out there, but I would recommend this one to everyone!

(More customer reviews)These are very nice, well constructed pill carriers. The Medium size is good for a moderate number of pills. It will fit about 8-10 round aspirin-type pills, or about 4-5 gel caps, as there is an inner plastic lining which takes up some of the interior space. Large vitamin pills need to be put in along the long axis, to allow space for other pills. I'm using one to carry a few Advil gel-caps in my purse, as the little containers are shatterproof, and seal well (no more picking purse fuzz off your Advil when you've got a headache). The screw-tops make a bit of metal-on-metal noise, and if not lined up correctly, can give you a moment of that nails-on-blackboard sound, but after the first few uses, this seemed to dissipate. I may try a touch of wax or even mineral oil (it doesn't break down) on the one I use most frequently. I assume they're anodized aluminum, as they're very light weight, and the colors are nice and vibrant. My only wish is that they had a few other colors. I expect them to wear well, as they are very sturdy and nicely made.
