Silipos Gel Toe Spreaders #11525 Size Large - Pack of 4 Review

This package contains medium and large separators. If your problem is the small toes (as is mine), these are too large and not comfortable. I tested them in the large toes - as a test - and from the way they fit, I suspect the small size would be much more satisfactory. So my search continues.

Profoot Care Vita-Gel Corn Wraps 3 ea Review

I have been using these for a long time. They have saved me a lot of pain. I haven't had any of the problems that Sangeet complains of. I suppose that everyone's foot is different, but I know that as long as I use these lovely thingys I do not get a corn between my toes. There is no adhesive to make your toe sticky and they have the advantage of being reusable for a long time with a little care. I just rinse them out and let them dry overnight. I have been reusing the same couple of wraps for many months.

Profoot Care Flex-tastic, Fits All Review

Profoot Care Flex-tastic, Fits All

After years of heels, my toes were all scrunched up and I developed bunions. Even worse, the scrunched up toes would become frozen, leading to painful cramps at night. After perusing the foot care catalogs, it seemed that the remedy was separating the toes. Devices purporting to do just that were rather pricey($20.-$32.) for a mere pieces of foam. I came upon these in Kmart and bought them.
I have been using them for ten minutes a day for ten days and have already seen improvement. There are two foam separators marked left and right with five holes for the toes. A bit awkward to get on, you insert your toes individually from big toe to pinkie toe. I did initially feel a stretch which was a bit uncomfortable, but dissipated. The cool thing was that you see the impact of the realignment-- your toes lift and separate and your bunions disappear while using the device. I see improvement. My toes are pretty much separate and the bunions are much smaller. I have suffered no more cramping. I hope that with time and continued use, the bunions will completely disappear. They are washable and come with minimal instructions for use. The brochure does include separate toe exercises that are done without the device. (It also warns the user not to wear with shoes, while driving a car and not to eat.)
At this price, it is definitely worth a try.
