It has several great features including being non-drowsy, non-addictive and effective upon first use (unlike prescription hormone sprays that take several days use before kicking in). However, I think the best feature, and what makes it so versatile for the allergy sufferer, is that its mode of action is on part of the allergic pathway that none of the other medications affect. Therefore you can use it with a decongestant and/or nasal topical hormone spray and not get any cross medication effects. Most allergy sufferers have multiple and variable symptoms and NasalCrom gives you the flexibility you need to treat your symptoms based on what kind of day you're having. NasalCrom rocks!
