(More customer reviews)Works great for alleviating dry mouth when drinking water is not possible. I have used Biotene prior to medical procedures when drinking water is not allowed. I I have a lot of problems with sinus congestion and sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth. Rather getting up to drink water, I keep a spray bottle of Biotene on my night stand and a couple of sprays fixed me for the rest of the night. Only problem is the price is high for the amount in the bottles.
