(More customer reviews)i got this product because i frequently do long road trips and the constant sitting makes my feet swell up after about 3 days in the car ( i usually also sleep in it)and it gets more uncomfortable by the day. This time I thought I'd try these to control the swelling. I am extremely pill wary....and have had bad experiences with caffeine pills, so i thought these would be best since they are caffeine free. They don't eliminate the swelling, but they do lessen it.....and the side effects for me included some fatigue...no good for a road trip...and of course -frequent urination (also not incredibly desirable for a road trip) It was sort of a trade-off....would i rather be constantly pulling over to use the restroom or have swollen feet. I think this product may cause some dehydration. Seems safe for the most part- but I wouldn't recommend for weight loss or long periods of use.
