Dr. Scholl's For Her Cooling Peppermint Foot Lotion 3.5 Ounce Tubes (Pack of 6) Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I first read about Dr. Scholl's Peppermint Lotion in a Diabetic Magazine in my doctor's office. It sounded interesting and since the Diabetic Association recommended it, I figured why not. Really hard pain pills sure didn't do anything much for the pain in my feet or hands. I found it in the drug store and was surprised at the cost. I almost put it back on the shelf then, thinking nothing that inexpensive could work.
The next day the pain started in my feet and hands and I already knew the pain pills wouldn't work, so I got the Peppermint Lotion out. My pain scale on a 1-10 scale was 9. I massaged the lotion in and within 30 min or less my pain level had decreased to at least 5. I had laid down and propped my feet up on a pillow, something that usually hurt as much as not using anything to relieve the pain.
I started asking people if they had ever heard of it or used it. If not, I always recommended it to them and om where to get it and how much it was. I always got a thank you after they used it. Now I send a case of it to a cousin who has the same pain as I did. He hadn't heard of it before and doubted it would work. Since it was very inexpensive I told him I'd send him some and if it worked, then he could get it for himself. I refuse to let him buy it now and I send him a case every 2-3 months. It's been worth it to send it to him, and his feet have improved to a point where he can stand it.
