Nothing to wash afterwards; the box of 10 is a good deal (one disposable per day) and its so much cleaner than having to clean something out after each use! The pink balloon collects the snot, protecting the inside of the aspirator. Thanks to Cleanoz, my baby's nose is clear in a few seconds, no more crying:)
