For me they worked well, I noticed through some situations I remained calm, when in most cases I wouldn't be. Never made me tired, just notice it gave me a calming effect. When I ran out and went without taking them, I noticed a great difference in how I felt. I would recommend this for a quick remedy in sudden situations and love that it tastes and is just like a regulator mint, refreshing your breath, yet calming you at the same time. Beats regulator mints for me!
