(More customer reviews)These wraps are decent. They aren't as convenient as Thermacare: you have to assemble the pack - putting individual heat wrap packs inside pockets on the wrap. It requires a re-use of the same wrapper for the second/third set. The gauze wrap is much lighter than ThermaCare. The heat pad is a fairly large square that is gel-filled for the heating affect, and that leads to more heat at the bottom of the pack than at the top - so the coverage isn't quite as good as the Thermacare "heat spots", but overall they provide about the same relief at a great cost savings, and I like the lighter wrap for hot summer days. Thankfully I hardly ever need these, but when I do, they reduce the need for taking pain meds!
