(More customer reviews)I received this syrup from a friend, after I've tried NyQuil, DayQuil, Mucinex, and Delsym. This was the only product that stopped my coughing, especially at night. I was finally able to sleep well. I'm not a fan of syrups, because I don't like the taste, but this tasted like fruit (I'm assuming that's due to the loquat). I wasn't too thrilled about how thick the syrup is, but I got over it.
