When I haven't been exercising enough, I can tell before I go to sleep if I'm going to have trouble with waking at 3 or 4 am. Then I will take it before bedtime, and it consistently allows me to go back to sleep within minutes, instead of spending two hours awake, fretting. When my local store stopped selling it, I was very bummed, and went in search. I've been without for a month, and am so relieved to have found a source.
