The information is clear and accessible for anyone, whether new to energy work or with years of experience. Marnie does a beautiful job of writing about Reiki, energy medicine, meditation, empowerment and spiritual healing, artfully, articulately and lovingly. This book is inspiring!
I use this book for my Reiki level One courses, and her others, Inner Gifts Uncovered, Expanding the Path of Self Empowerment & Reiki, as well as her third for my Reiki Master courses, and give them to my students.

Marnie has written a book that reflects her outstanding teaching abilities. An immense amount of knowledge and wisdom is presented in a clear and concise format that is perfect for someone beginning their training in the art of Reiki.
