I have twin newborns who are now 2 mths old and were born premature therefore had a lot of digestive problems and were very fussy. I have tried gas-x and the gripe water that my friends swear by but nothing seem to be much help until I tried this. It was instant relief and they loved the taste! This last a lot longer than the other medicines and I actually get to enjoy my babies without them fussing all the time! I have since recommended this to 2 of my friends and they have both come back and stated that they bought out all the store had on the shelf! The fact that it is all natural makes it that much better.

Colic Calm All Natural Gripe Water Colic Gas Relief 2 floz Review

(More customer reviews)This product has really seemed to help my 5 week old daughter. She was born fussy but became even more so at about 2 weeks old. I wouldn't say she truly has colic but she never seems satisfied and she does gets extremely fussy in the evenings. She has severe gas and gets the hiccups almost every bottle...those send her over the edge. It does offer immeidate relief of her hiccups.
Sometimes Colic Calm seems to help and sometimes it doesn't. I think when she is truly uncomfortable; it does help. Times that it doesn't help, I think it just may be her personality to be fussy.
One day I ate some leftovers from a resturant and got the worst stomachache so I decided to try some and I had almost immediate relief. I was sold after that. It has a great taste but the color is pretty freaky.
I think this is a good product and I just ordered my second bottle. This is the only FDA approved gripe water, which made me feel more comfortable giving it to her. When I read the ingredients on some of the other gripe waters, I noticed some that aren't exactly safe for babies.
Some of its drawbacks are that it is a terrible color and turns their poop funny colors an stains clothes but being able to relieve some of my baby's discomfort is well worth it.

(More customer reviews)With my first child ten years ago I knew nothing about babies unless I read it in books and without any family around to help I fumbled with a lot of things like colic. My baby had the WORST colic resulting in hours and hours of screaming and tears... on both our parts. Oh how I wish someone had suggested Cocyntal!
Now, with my second baby I've had some time to get my mothering feet under me and the nerve to try some less common solutions. I used a nasty pink product that was a fight to get my first to take and didn't work half the time so when baby #2 started having painful gas I decided to try a homeopathic remedy instead. I hit up my local health food store and decided to try Cocyntal mainly because it comes in single-dose tubes so there's no measuring. I figured it might be easier on us both. Not only is it soooooo much easier than measuring out a dose, my baby LIKES the dropper this comes in. She eagerly swallows the drops without any fuss and within 5-15 minutes she settles down.
I cannot recommend this product enough. It has saved my sanity and helped me get some sleep on some really rough nights. After two months of using this as needed I have decided I HAD to review it so other mommies suffering with a gassy little one might consider trying it. Our job as moms is hard enough without watching our babies suffer through a colicy night. :( And the price here on Amazon is excellent! I pay almost the same price for just one pack locally.
