It boosts your appetite while decreasing your metabolism a bit to help you gain weight. I've been on it for three weeks and already eating more than I ever expected. I currently weigh 103 pounds (Have a fast metabolism) and my goal is to gain 15-20 pounds eating healthy, of course because I want to gain muscle and not fat! I'm a nursing student and running around helps increasing my appetite while on this formula!!Even with a fast metabolism, my appetite increases with these pills. It is incredible.
