(More customer reviews)This Blue Chill product really works. I fell a few weeks ago while raking leaves and my neighbor gave me this product. It worked so fast and with such ease it was a pleasure. Especially since I had to pick up my granddaughter from the bus that afternoon. which is why I didn't want to take any Rx pain medicine, but the pain was really bad. This Blue Chill did the trick and with No side effects. Blue Chill is now my 1st choice for my next fall. I wanted to order more do asked my neighbor where she had gotten it. She thought her pharmacist at CVS had recommended it but I couldn't find it at our local store. I went on the internet and to my surprise, though I should have known that Amazon would carry it!

(More customer reviews)I just got back from buying this. It was a .75 mile walk back. I was testing it to see how it sprayed and sprayed my foot. AHHH...It felt so good. I sprayed my sore knee with it and got instant relief! I smell like a bottle of mouthwash, but there are worse things I could smell like. It is very cooling. An added bonus is it clears your sinuses :). The smell is dampened by clothing. I am in heaven right now.

(More customer reviews)Flexall Maximum Strength is an amazingly effective, penetrating pain-relieving gel. This topical analgesic consists of menthol (16%) in an aloe vera base, complemented with eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, methyl salicylate, and thyme oil. Flexall is a thin white gel that rubs in quickly without a visible trace, and the benefits are almost immediate.
The cooling effect is different than the hot/cold feeling of products like IcyHot or Aspercreme (both made by the manufacturers of Flexall). I tend to prefer this sensation because it's quite tolerable over time. Muscle soreness, tendon pain, carpal tunnel symptoms...they all respond quickly to the pain-relief of Flexall!
I happen to like the smell of this product, and don't mind the scent of topical analgesics in general. While it's not "odor-free," it's a mild scent and well worth the trade-off for pain relief. Keep in mind if you're allergic to aspirin, there's methyl salicylate in this product.
Excellent, cooling pain relief--Flexall should be in everyone's medicine cabinet.

(More customer reviews)The more creamy Sombra gel in the container is lemony colored and is easy to apply. If you get this on your hands, wash them well afterwards because this has "Capsaicin" in it and that could burn your eyes if you touched them soon after using this cream.
It also comes in a thinner gel in a roll-on bottle, and that is more useful for use on your back, around joints or on any part of the body where pain is being experienced.
Within a few minutes you will notice the pain decreasing rapidly. I could not feel any pain after using this product and can highly recommend this for sports injuries, arthritis and any general discomfort. This has been working especially well while I await my new office chair. Sitting in a regular chair has shown me why office chairs were created.
So, to choose between the Roll-on Sombra gel and the Sombra gel in a container seems impossible. They both have very good uses, but more caution is required with this product in a container.
You will notice a cooling sensation similar to aloe vera or menthol. Then later you will feel warmth. It could happen hours later...you will suddenly feel a slight warming and wonder why. Then you will remember you used this product. So, it is very long lasting and penetrates deeply into the body for sustained pain relief.

I used this on a whim as I had used the tiger red for migraines a long time ago. WOW I soaked both hands in this stuff 2 xs and covered my hands with socks, so I wouldnt get in my eyes while I slept. The swelling was almost gone and I can type again in roughly 16 hours. Unheard of! I HIGHLY recommend this stuff for anyone with inflammatory disease It WORKS!

(More customer reviews)Biofreeze spray gel works almost as well as the original Biofreeze green jelly. The spray gel has the advantages of (1) not being green, so it doesn't stain clothing; and (2) being able to be applied anywhere you can spray, including the area between your shoulder blades.
If hubby is home to Biofreeze my back, I still prefer the original Biofreeze green jelly. It works a little better, lasts a little longer, and doesn't smell as much. The only downside to the jelly is it will leave green marks on light colored clothing if you're not careful. The green washes out in the laundry, but who wants to go around with green smears on a white shirt?
Both the Biofreeze spray gel and the original Biofreeze are way better than the drugstore stuff like Ben-Gay. They work better, last longer, are "cool" rather than hot, and don't smell as bad. The original Biofreeze has almost no smell at all. The spray gel has a stronger scent, but it's still not as noticeable as Ben-Gay.
