It is not a cure, but a good medication to help with keeping your time in the restroom limited. Chewable without water and easy to carry with you during the day. It took up to three days to see a change in the swelling of the hemorrhoids. And it is good to just use as needed, once you have the swelling under control. Overall the best product we have found on the market that is easy to order and at a good price. Amazon was wonderful as a supplier, we have ordered from other companies and Amazon has it over the competion in shipping speed, online service, and easy of ordering.
