(More customer reviews)I had severe elbow pain while doing tricep and sometimes bicep lifts. This elbow sleeve keeps it warm so your recovery program can proceed a little faster. However, you can't really lift extra weight since it restricts blow flow.
It is recommended for body builders only if you are planning to recover from elbow pain. It will not make all of the pain disappear, but it is helpful.
