(More customer reviews)I started with this as my primary case, but wanted more than I week system. I use it to only carry my weekly morning dose now. I keep the weekly in the 7 compartments and the center for refills. The pills never mingle when closed. It has never popped opened by accident. The only negative is that it is hard to tell the top from the bottom. When I first got it, I opened it upside down a few times! Frustrating when the pills go everywhere. I got used to it, but it might be good to have a sticker or somehthing on the top to help with that. Oh another potential issue would be that it closes very tight. If you have issues with your hands it might be hard to open. Very strong item. Hard plastic.
