(More customer reviews)I have used this in the past for canker sores, and I'm currectly using it to provide some desparately needed numbing to an infected, impacted wisdom tooth. This works for all kinds of tooth, gum and mouth pain. The drawback is that it's only short-acting, a half-hour at most. Not a replacement for antibiotics or pain medicine BUT it's a good addition to that. Or if you have to wait a couple of days to get an appointment with a doctor, along with a pill-form pain reliever, this will most likely get you through. A much-needed first-aid item everyone should have on hand, IMO.
