(More customer reviews)Every so often, I get one of those wretched colds, complete with sore throat, cough, and so on. This is one of my tools against the symptoms associated with the cold. Is it a placebo? Or not? I'm not sure. But it does appear to help.
In the end, this product does help relieve a sore threat somewhat (no cure, no miracle--but modest relief). Just so, it modestly helps reduce the odds of coughing fits. Not great; this is no cure all. Still and all, it does provide some relief.
Over the counter, this doesn't cost a great deal and it seems to provide some relief. That's good enough for me!
