Problems getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, problems rushing to the bathroom during the day. Over all general discomfort like none of my pluming was working right. After the 1st two boxes there was a clear change in the frequency and urgency of my needing to visit the mens room. To date things continue to get better and my overall wellness as it pertains to my prostate feels like its getting back to normal again.
Oh yea one more thing, no side effects.
