Put a little of this on a cut or burn (it has aloe vera juice in it, so it works for burns, too) to sterilize the wound pretty much painlessly, then put some neosporin on it to speed the healing. If you get infections from cuts every now and then, this will usually keep that from happening and make them heal faster.
