(More customer reviews)These insoles are ideal for any shoe - high heels, sandals, flip flops, etc. They really are as great as the website says they are. They are easy to insert and easy to remove. They haven't left any residue on my shoes. They are 100% effective and keep my feet from sliding around in my shoes. Since they are suede, they grip great!! I would totally rec. these to anyone for any type of shoe. I will def be buying more for the rest of my shoes!!
