(More customer reviews)I've been taking this for 3months now (one for in the morning, one for after dinner). I didn't catch any serious cold this winter holiday season. Plus, I have noticed that my skin is getting smoother, since I've been using same old skin care products, I think this product did a little trick. The price at Amazon.com is great, I'm pleased.
