(More customer reviews)I've been running for years, but tenderness(?) on the bottom of my feet limits me to around 13 miles before incredible pain - which stops after I stop running for about a hour. I've have surgery, cortisone, etc - nothing addressed this. It took around 3 weeks for this product to work (applying it a couple times a day) BUT IT WASN'T EASY. Every time I ran my feet were on fire! Incredible pain during each run, but all of the sudden this went away and voila' the pain is gone. I ran a 16 mile mountain trail race last week with zero pain! The 2 previous years I had to stop during the same race. This won't work for everyone - as described, I believe it is interfering with neural messages. My understanding is that it may level off and stop. Give it a break and start again.
