(More customer reviews)Since Zicam first came out I have been a user of their products. I used to use the nasal swabs at first but then I believe they stopped making them having some claims it affected smell or something like that. I have tried many other variations of Zicam and found that the melt tabs work the best for me. The chewable ones leave a horrible after taste I just cannot shake and I dont prefer the spray one either.
As far as it working rather than almost a week of symptoms I generally will have 3-4 days of symptoms. I probably could shorten that but I wait too long to start taking them as I tell myself that I am not getting sick for too long and then I finally admit that I am sick and start taking them.
