(More customer reviews)Not sure if these pills work as other web sites claim they are intended to work. Also, I purchased these 09/10/10 and the bottle I received expired 04/2010 and I hadn't noticed until I was taking them for a week.
I didn't notice any changes in my digestion from taking these capsules at all, whether 1 a day or 2 a day (they suggest 2 daily, spaced apart in time), so to conserve I started taking 1 a day since there was no difference. Finally I just went out and bought a daily probiotic made by a commercial company and started to take that instead. I haven't taken one of these bael fruit capsules in a couple of weeks now.
