This product does just what the name of the product says. Since it is all natural, I take it with confidence that it is heathful as well as helpful. Many people can feel a drag in the middle ( or anytime ) during the day. I used to turn to coffee for a pick me up but Pick Me Up does better than coffee without getting the caffiene jitters. I am a nurse and I am really impressed with Pick Me Up. I've been using it for a couple of years and though I don't use it everyday, it still works as well for me now as when I first started using it.
