(More customer reviews)I had a pair of heels that were more cute than comfortable that I was not wearing. The inserts don't turn them into pillowy slippers but they REALLY helped take the pain off the ball of my foot. This design is the smaller, made-for-open-shoes/heels kind and not the full size one but it stayed in place for me and made a BIG difference.
