(More customer reviews)I started these pills a week ago and so far have lost 4 pounds! I take two before every meal but have found myself not hungry at all..my stomache has been seeing the biggest results which is wonderful. No side effects just not hungry and when I try to eat I am not enjoying the food which is even better!
