(More customer reviews)I've used the stop-it smoking lozenges in cooperation with other homeopathics, but use these especially when the cravings arise. I allow them to melt in my mouth (usually inside my cheek or under my tounge) whenever I have a craving. They are a nice, mild vanilla flavor and really seem to take my mind off the urge. I've been smoke free for a little more than three weeks and I smoked a pack a day for 27 years. I'm ordering more today.
