(More customer reviews)This DVD is a great workout. I've only done the beginner workout and it sure has worked and toned my abs. I highly recommend it. I tried the Ab lounger and that did not get to my abs. I felt nothing. I tried other equipment and the best was the Abs Ball. It weighs only 8lbs and seems so light but it does the job. It's worth it and I recommend it.
