My back was killing me and I hate to take my pain pills, especially on a vacation where you should be having fun; they pretty much put me out. I asked if there was a health food store in the area and luckily there was one within a block. This was recommended to me and I returned to the hotel, where I went into the ladies room and proceeded to apply this to my back. Another woman walked in and said "Who is using White Flower". She recognized the scent immediately! It was one of the maids who told me she uses it every day for chronic pain and it helps her perform her job. This absorbs right in. It has a light scent as opposed to many others that people complain about. Inexpensive and really does help. I would definitely give it a try.
