It is just amazing for relieving inflammation. It has a variety of uses that people can use it for. Some people use it for aiding menopausal hot flashes, aiding inflammation like lupus or fibromyalgia, headaches, circulation problems of various types, and just pain in the hands from typing all day. It is just a very soothing product when the body is hurting anywhere. I am thrilled that it costs so little and does so very much. Highly recommended.
