(More customer reviews)When I get a cold, it's always a head cold with sinus pressure. When that happens, I make sure I'm stocked up on these pills. They clear up my symptoms and knock me out so I can actually sleep through the night. So far, they are the only ones that I've found that work on my head colds. Recently my friend was visiting and came down with a nasty head cold. I gave her two pills and she was amazed at how well they worked. Highly recommended for those nasty sinus pressure head colds.
