(More customer reviews)Having gone through several foot surgeries in the past, I had tried every combination of plastic bags, elastic bands, tape and plastic wrap you could think of to take a shower. All I would have to show for it would be a lot of wasted time and a wet foot dressing. This bag works. It slips on and off quick and easy and your foot or leg stays dry. I haven't tried it for bathing yet. That might involve different sealing issues but for showers, it works.
User suggestion: When putting it on, remember to pull the bag up as far as you want and then push it back down just slightly. This causes the rubber diaphragm edge to be coned upward so the water flows away from the opening and doesn't puddle up around your leg. The water will slightly puddle around the outer ring piece so make sure to clear any water off the top surface before removing.
