Triple Paste is a thick paste that, while easy to apply, actually stays on the skin. All other diaper rash creams end up on the diaper, not on the skin, because they wipe off so easily.
This cream is a lifesaver. Triple Paste, along with original A+D Ointment, are all you need at your changing table. I use original A+D Ointment at bedtime as a preventative and Triple Paste if a rash actually develops. If Triple Paste doesn't clear it up, there's probably yeast present and you'll need to consult your doctor.
