(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for many years based on the recommendation of my doctor (GI doctor). He said this product is the best for constipation because it does not produce gas like cheaper products (Metamucil is not good because it produces gas). Most colon surgeons and GI doctors recommend this product to their patients. It is considered grade A+ in the medical field.
I would recommend this to anyone that has a problem with constipation- or lack of bowel movements.
