(More customer reviews)I have used this product to irrigate ulcers and wounds on my legs. The spray is strong enough to do a good job of cleansing the wounds without damaging healthy tissues. I also irrigate my nasal passages daily using the special nasal attachment that is included in the kit. This is effective in helping to control my asthma and to use the nasal mask of my bi-pap machine by keeping my nasal passages clear.
