(More customer reviews)My husband has always had digestive issues, and I developed reflux in my late thirties. Because of this, I started buying enzymes some years ago. When I take these consistently (ie, with all meals, but especially the heavier ones like supper), I find my gastric reflux stays controlled. When I forget to take them, I don't sleep as well.
We've had good results from these, so we will continue to take them.
