(More customer reviews)These ear plugs are not designed to zero out the sound of jackhammers and jet engines. They are designed to reduce the ear-splitting high and loud notes at a concert or disco to a level where they will not damage your ear drums.
And they do that perfectly. I can dance next to the speakers all night long and then when I leave the club I can pull out the earplugs and hear perfectly well while my friends need a day to recover their hearing.
Yeah, the plastic container that they provide with the earplugs is pretty crappy, but you don't have to use it. That's not a good reason to avoid this product.
