(More customer reviews)I have been taking this product for about 5 years now. It keeps your colon clean, eliminates toxins and debris from the body, and makes you feel light and energetic naturally. I only take one every night with a large glass of water however if I overate that day or had a more carbs/junk food than usual I take 2 or 3, but on a regular basis all you need is 1 capsule if you eat a lot of salads, veggies, fruits, etc. I recommended this product to my friends and they swear by it as well.
