I have been taking HM for 4 days now and have lost about 6 lbs which is quicker than I have ever lost weight with diet/exercise alone. By the way, I am 6ft female who weighs about 210 lbs. I tend to lose 3 or 4 lbs during my first 7 days of a diet and exercise regimen. (I also tend to have a lot water weight.) Since starting HM, Ive been doing cardio for 30 mins a day (step aerobics or speed walking) and eating plenty of fruits, veggies, and wholegrains. I follow the instructions accordingly and take the pills on an empty stomach and am drinking plenty of water afterward. I've had one small headache which completely went away after drinking a glass of water so I guess its important to stay very hydrated on this stuff. I'm not particularly sensitive to caffeine so i decided to go ahead and start taking the full 6 caps/day dose yesterday. Possibly a premature move because I do feel fairly wired now at night when I need to sleep. I'm sleeping less than usual at night and as a result find myself needing a 15-20 min power nap during the day. Actually I felt my eye twitching on and off today--it only lasted a about 5 mins but is worth mentioning. On the bright side, i'm not groggy in when I wake up and pretty much hop right out of bed in the mornings which is something i've never been able to do. I do not feel hyper, but do not feel tired either during the day which is a plus. No jitters or tummyaches or lightheadedness. I hate exercising but its so Much easier to get my butt up and work out in the afternoon. My appetitite is only slightly diminished. I still really have to exercise willpower since all the working out is making me hungrier and this is fine with me because I think its important to have a healthy appetite while dieting. I will re-post after i've used the product longer. Overall very satisfied with the lack of side effects and excited to drop a few lbs so fast! This product may be giving me the boost and motivation that I always fail to find when trying to lose weight.
